Returns

Vinawedding offers a full refund for any order that is damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly upon receipt. Photographs taken at the first opportunity after receiving the package are required to prove the defective merchandise. Photos include photos of the package you received with a torn outer package and clear shipping label, as well as photos of the damaged or incorrect merchandise inside after opening the package.
If you receive your order without damages or errors but you don't like our products or have changed your mind and want to return them, we will take care of that for you as well. In this case the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging as when the order was received. You will be required to pay 10% of the amount of the merchandise in the order as a return handling fee, shipping costs already incurred on the order (if any) will not be refunded, and you will be required to cover the return shipping costs. Returns in this case will also require photos of the outer packaging and inner merchandise.

Return Process and Refund

1. Email us at sales@vinawedding.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send us a return request and photos and state the reason for your return.
2. We will determine what kind of return you are returning based on the content of the email you sent and will reply to you with the return address. Please return the item(s) in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the reply. And must place a piece of paper inside the package with: order number, your e-mail and name. We need this information to identify the package so this is very important, please be sure to add it. The cut-off time window from the time you receive your order until the return package is sent is 14 days. Returns beyond 14 days will not be processed.
3. Once we receive the package we will inspect the item and if the item matches your reason for return we will issue a refund. Refunds usually take a few days to be returned to your payment account, this time depends on your card issuer's processing time.

Cancellation Policy

1. You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment.
2. You will receive a partial refund of 90% of the order price if you cancel your order between 24 hours after payment and before the order is dispatched.
3. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at sales@vinawedding.com and give us your order number and phone number. We will calculate the cancellation time based on the time the email is received.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been paid for. To make changes to your order (color, quantity, etc.), please respond to the email within 24 hours.
