How to place a custom order
1. we can send us the picture of the flower decoration you want to customize, we will customize according to the picture.2. We can tell us your requirements, we will customize according to the requirements
3. we can modify the existing items according to your requirements and customize the floral decoration for you.
There is no extra fee for any of the above customization, we will price it according to other products of the same degree. All custom orders should be emailed to sales@vinawedding.com to communicate customization requirements.
Q1. Can the wedding party decoration flowers be customized in any colors or styles?
A: Absolutely yes. As long as you send us the photos, we will design the sample photos and we will start to produce them after your confirmation.
Q2. Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: You need to place an order and pay for the order first, we need 3-6 days to make the sample, then we will send you the sample photo asking for your consent. If you are not satisfied with the sample, you can ask for a redesign or just cancel the order.
Q3. How long does the delivery take?
A: We will arrange the shipment as soon as possible after your confirmation. It usually takes about 4-6 weeks, except for force majeure factors.
Q4. Do you have any minimum order quantity limit for customization?
A: One piece at least of course.
Q5. Are the goods 100% the same as the pictures?
A: Not exactly the same, because the quantity and order of the main/secondary materials cannot be exactly the same as the pictures. If you are concerned about this effect, Please confirm before shipping. It will be squeezed during transportation, please organize and restore, usually extra flower heads and glue are provided along with the goods. Of course, we will also pack carefully to avoid severe extrusion of the goods.

A: Sorry, you can not. Because all customized series products are handmade. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Please kindly understand.
